Pure Wellness is a wellness consultancy dedicated to creating destinations, experiences and facilities that deliver lasting commercial, brand and human value.
Working with owners, developers and luxury hospitality operators, Pure Wellness leads strategic consultancy, concept development, project delivery and post-opening asset management, tailored to the vision, brand and commercial brief of each project.
Every project is uniquely designed to reflect its destination, brand identity and target audience, producing wellness experiences that feel organic, meaningful and impossible to replicate. The result is a wellness strategy that elevates guest experience, brand positioning and long-term commercial performance, for the operator, the asset and the destination it serves.

What sets us apart

We run three operating locations of our own, Antarès Méribel, Misincu Cap Corse and Courchevel. Every recommendation we make has been tested in a working clinic before it is offered to a client.
Rhian Evans is on every engagement personally, from concept through opening. The senior judgement is not delegated to junior associates. There is no figurehead model.
The methodology is built around Pure Wellness and Sanctum Method™: eight domains of environmental and operational infrastructure, four pillars of guest experience (Cleanse, Restore, Strengthen, Advance), and a scored standard (Sanctum Standard™ 80) that makes performance measurable. Most peers offer generic spa-management; few are equipped to design for the longevity-led guest.
Our four phases are defined in writing: Strategic Concept & Design Development, Project Management & Procurement Coordination, Pre-Opening & Operational Readiness, and the Ambassador Programme. Each phase has a defined scope and a defined fee.
Pre-opening readiness is the failure point for most wellness destinations. We offer the inclusion in phase 3 of four weeks of master training on site, accreditation of the practitioner team, and the operating rituals that carry the brand once we leave. Most peers exit at handover.
Most consultancies exit at opening. We offer the Ambassador Programme as optional continued partnership, keeping the founder and operating team available for as long as the property finds it useful, quarterly direction, performance review against agreed KPIs, brand stewardship, programme evolution.
